About the Experience

Join us for a week long winter break trip to ski and snowboard in Vermont!

Driving up to Vermont, we'll spend the first three days skiing at Jay Peak Ski Resort, just a few miles south of the Canadian border. With 385 acres of skiable terrain, 2,000ft of vertical drop, and an average of 400 inches of snow annually, there is endless fun to be had! In the middle of the week we'll take an off day to rest our legs and explore the city of Burlington. We'll get lunch downtown before heading to Smugglers Notch Ski Resort. There, we'll have two full days on the slopes to explore over 25 miles of trails and over 2,500ft of vertical drop. If you're feeling adventurous, Smuggler's Notch hosts the Northeast's only triple black diamond!

Both Jay and Smugglers host over 75 trails across all experience levels. Whether you've been itching to try skiing or have been shredding for years, there is something for everyone on this trip!

Cancellations & No Shows

OEL Trips & Outings provided to Bucknell students have limited capacity. If a student signs up and doesn’t show for the program, it’s disruptive for everyone involved and takes away from other student’s experience.

We understand that things come up and life happens. We get it. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible and let us know of your cancellation. You can do this by communicating directly with the professional staff who are attending the trip (Morgan Costello).

Students who notify us of their need to cancel before or on the due date/time of the remaining balance (12/02/2022 4:00 PM) will receive a refund of fees paid minus their deposit. If no additional payment has been made beyond the deposit, no refund is provided as the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued for those who choose to cancel beyond 12/02/2022 4:00 PM.
