About the Experience
Overview
Join us for a fun hike at Montour Preserve. Enjoy this 3.9-mile loop trail, considered an easy, flat route. This route takes you on a well-maintained trail, mostly flat along Chilisaugi Trail. The route takes you around Lake Chillisquaque, which has views of Goose Cove and Heron Cove, creating a peaceful hiking atmosphere. There is also a wide variety of wildlife in this area, so stay alert to what you might see along the way.
Location
We'll first meet at our Basecamp on Bucknell's campus. From there we'll commute over to Montour Preserve in Danville.
