About the Experience
Join us for the annual Bucknell Outdoor Education & Leadership Program Fall Retreat — a weekend designed exclusively for our Trip Leaders to build community, grow as leaders, and strengthen our team. Through a mix of teambuilding challenges, leadership development, and plenty of outdoor fun, we’ll deepen our connections and set the tone for an amazing year ahead. We can’t wait to share this time together!

SUNDAY Sept 14 is a full day of training, mandatory for all trip leaders.
Saturday Sept 13 is an optional chill hangout - spend time in community with your fellow leaders out at Cowan! Dinner and breakfast and snacks provided.
