Overview
Come enjoy the fall colors with us on a bike ride that will take us along the Rail Trail of Pine Creek Canyon. Pine Creek Canyon is a 62 mile gorge through the PA Appalachian Mountains, and is commonly referred to as the "Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania." This bike ride will take place on a section of the Rail Trail, which is a primarily paved or crushed stone trail that meanders alongside the river at the bottom of the gorge. All experience levels are welcomed!
Location
We'll first meet at the OEL Basecamp on Bucknell's campus. From there we'll drive for about an hour up to the Pine Creek Rail Trail.

Schedule
-8:00 AM - Meet at the OEL Basecamp on Bucknell's campus
-8:15 AM - Depart for the Pine Creek Rail Trail
-4:00 PM - Arrive back to Bucknell's campus

-Clothing that's comfortable to ride a bike and be active in.
-Rain jacket (just in case)
-Warm/insulating jacket
-Closed toe, comfortable sneakers
-Small backpack

-Lunch food and personal snacks
Cost
This trip is complimentary (FREE / NO COST) to Bucknell students.
Register
This trip is open enrollment to all current Bucknell students. A Bucknell ID number is required to register.
